In 2004, Employees Only began as a speakeasy in the heart of the West Village, created by five bar industry friends to fill a void in the after-hours scene. With an innate inclination for warm hospitality and playful, high-spirited service, they aimed to serve flawlessly executed cocktails and delicious, elevated food within one beautiful space and without pretense. Employees Only became a second home to guests who found themselves transported to another era as they indulged in a late New York night.

Brujas

An all-female team, has become a point of reference in the cocktail scene in Mexico City for its gothic but relaxed aesthetic and a cocktail program based on Mexican herbalism. The interior of the bar exudes an intimate, cosy and dark atmosphere, the soft, amber lighting subtly bathing the wooden walls topped with black leather furniture. The bar's shelves contain witchcraft items such as taxidermy, an Ouija board and books, as well as jars containing herbs, roots, fruit peels, etc., which are used in cocktails. Tribute is paid to all the grandmothers, great-grandmothers, mothers and traditional healers who in times past could cure everything from a broken heart to clinical illnesses with the help of herbs...

A look at the world without losing sight of our Mexican roots. Rayo's cocktails pair perfectly with dishes designed to be shared among friends.
Our admiration for that RAYO that cooked the agave is also reflected in the name and logo: a martini glass from which an agave stands out, crowned by two rays on its sides.

The Court

It opened in July 2019. From its lounges it's possible to admire the Colosseum. The Court is located inside the seventeenth-century Palazzo Manfredi, in this Hotel Bar with an international concept it is easy to forget that you are in Rome. To the killer panorama must be even added a strong bar program made up of surprising cocktails resulting from creativity and modern technologies, the mix is completed with the final ingredient that is the great hospitality, present in every gesture and attention of the crew.

Nouvelle Vague was born as a memory from the future. It is a derivative of Sofokli’s and Evi’s first venture, BOSSA NOVA, a cocktail beach bar back in 2009, built next to the waves and upon the sand.
“BOSSA NOVA” in Portuguese stands for “NEW WAVE,” and after the first successful year, the boys started dreaming of a future venue in the capital of Albania,
NOUVELLE VAGUE opened its doors for the very first time on December 22, 2012. With a limited budget, an unfished interior, a half-built exterior, and an equipped bar just enough for lovely drinks, but with love, passion, and total dedication, we started serving drinks, sharing vibes, and MAKING PEOPLE HAPPY.

Three Sheets Soho

Three Sheets, Soho opened its doors on Manette Street in March 2024. The second Three Sheets bar from brothers Max & Noel Venning brings the spirit of a world-class bar together in Soho. Three Sheets Soho evolves throughout the day, a space for a light aperitif, a leisurely dinner or a final nightcap. The drinks menu still mirrors the Three Sheets signature style, presenting clean and elegant serves made thoughtfully with deceptive simplicity. To accompany the wines and cocktails, Max and Noel have developed dishes that capture the nostalgia of British classics. From lighter bites such as Pitchfork Croquettes and Maldon Oysters, to more substantial plates of Cornish Lobster Rolls and Salt Beef Smash Buns, the menu is a playfully take on bar snacks.

Momus Cocktail Bar, located in the eclectic neighbourhood of Chueca -Madrid-, is the first personal project of Alberto Fernandez. Here Fernández and his team -Laura Perea and Emilio Rodríguez- only serve cocktails, with no beer or soft drinks to be found. Their drinks are singular takes on the classics, with irony as the main protagonist: they’re an ode to Momus, a god from Greek mythology and is the embodiment of sarcasm and Carnival in all its forms.

Callooh Callay opened in November 2008. At the time, cocktail bars in Shoreditch were few and far between. We wanted to open a venue which delivered high quality drinks and service, but without any of the pretension that came along with those things in 2008. We also wanted to do things a little differently with our design and with our menus, for which we have become pretty famous.
In the 13 years which have followed, we've been very lucky to have made drinks for, and served, hundreds of thousands of guests.
